This feature is a simple and convenient way for organizations with many teams, leagues, or tournaments within their website to organize all of their sites for easier navigation.

Detailed Description
Site Categories allow organizations with numerous sites (i.e teams, leagues, and/or tournaments) to organize these sites into specific categories.
For example, you may run seperate leagues (baseball, basketball, hockey, etc.) for women and men. To help your visitors find their site(s) more easily, you may want to create a Site Category for, "Women's Sports" and another for, "Men's Sports". Then you could assign each site to the appropriate Site Category.
This concept can be used for different age groups (i.e. 10u, 12u, 14u, and 17u), for different levels of play (i.e. Bantam, PeeWee, Midget, etc.), or for any other situation that would benefit from grouping sites together.
Creating Site Categories is optional.
