Seasons is a very powerful feature that allows you to maintain information across a number of separate sessions, in effect archiving your data but keeping it easily accessible. This is how you can track a player's career stats.

Detailed Description
Seasons is a very powerful feature that allows you to maintain information (i.e. standings, rosters, and player statistics) across a number of separate sessions, in effect archiving your data but keeping it easily accessible at all times.
This is how you can track a player's career stats.
You may, for example, start with this year's season, "2006-2007 Season" (including all exhibition, regular season, and playoff games) and then next year you would add a new season for, "2007-2008 Season". Then, you and your visitors could switch between the two to compare standings, stats, etc. You may even have, as an example, a completely separate Tournament Season' that you call, "2006 Super Series Tournament".
