Detailed Description
This feature allows you (the administrator) to produce and distribute identification cards to your organization members. Data used to populate the cards is seamlessly uploaded during the online player registration process. Each registrant has the ability to upload their own photo during registration or the administrator can upload the photo on the player's behalf.
There is also a place for an association official to sign and date each card. The cards print on a letter sized sheet of paper and are ready to be cut, laminated, and handed out to the players.

- You target the best and most visible merchants in your community based on the specific business sectors that we identify and supply us with the company names and phone numbers by filling out our simple online form.
- Ultimate Fundraising contacts the companies you provide us with to negotiate an agreement in your best interest that may include up-front advertising fees or coupons or other offers, depending on the specific situation.
- Each Player ID Card is professionally printed (can be the same quality as a credit card) with coupons/offers/advertising on the reverse and shipped to you for distribution to your players once registration is complete.

Your cost per card is between $2-$5 depending on the quantity of cards we will be printing for you. The cards can be sold to your players at cost, or for a profit, and can be included in the player's registration fee and easily recouped by players when they use the coupon/offer on the back of the card. Merchants love the fact that the cards will be in the player's wallet unlike other 'entertainment book' coupon offerings that are not as convenient.
