Our custom e-newsletter system consists of three primary components. The first allows you to add an email collection form to your esportsdeskpro.com web site and lets you create any number of separate mailing lists for these users to join. This makes it easy for users to subscribe to the mailing list(s) they are most interested in.
The second component makes it easy for you to see who has subscribed to which list and gives you the ability to view, edit, add to, and export these contacts.
Now that you have one or more lists of contacts you can use the email creation tools to build a library of email packages. The online HTML editor makes it simple for you to upload your own images and integrate them into your email message. Our editor works in a similar manner to Microsoft Word and does not require any special programming knowledge. Along with sending email to the contact lists you acquire through the email collection form (see above) you can also opt to send bulk email to various combinations of team rosters, non-player personnel, referees and other game-time staff.
This complete email system will simplify your organization’s communication and will save you both time and money.
